Our Refund Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our Gift Vouchers are exempt from being returned and are non-refundable.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the date you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your goods without giving any reason. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision in writing. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14 day period has expired. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and we will refund you for the product alone.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dictated by the card issuer/provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded in any circumstance. Sale items are always excluded from our refund policy.
Exchanges on Damaged Products
If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please remember that this is not our fault. Please notify us if an individual product has arrived damaged and we will look to reimburse you for the individual wholesale price of the item that has been broken during transit. Please note that we do not send replacement products on any occasion. Please send us an email at email@example.com to submit your damaged product claim with accompanying photos and we will set up a claim for you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform of our returns procedure. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please always use a trackable shipping service for proof of postage.
